O2 Call Divert Codes

With O2's call forwarding you can divert incoming calls to another mobile, a fixed-line phone or the VOICEMAIL mailbox. Whether you are out of coverage, the phone is busy, or you don't want to be disturbed, CALL FORWARDING will take care of it.

You can set up CALL FORWARDING separately for each of these situations:

For all calls:

press ** 21 * phone number *# SEND

To cancel:

press ##21# SEND

To check whether CALL FORWARDING for all calls is ON or OFF:

press *#21# SEND

When the phone is busy substitute 21 with 67

When you are out of coverage substitute 21 with 62

When you don't answer within a certain time:

press **61*phone number then *11* time # SEND

To cancel all diverts:

press ##21# SEND

Once you have diverted all calls, you must cancel it before you can set up any of the other call diverts. This service is available only on monthly call plans
