Virgin Media Call Divert Codes

To activate Call Divert:

1.Choose one of the options below:

• Press [*] [7] [0] to divert calls immediately.
• Press [*] [7] [7] to divert calls on no answer. (Note: Call Divert on no answer comes into operation if the call is not answered within six rings.)
• Press [*] [7] [6] to divert calls if your phone is engaged.

2.Then, dial the number that you want to divert the call to (including the area code).

3.Press [#].

To deactivate Call Divert:

Depending on which option of Call Divert you have chosen, select the relevant number to cancel:

• Press [#] [7] [0] to cancel immediate Call Divert.
• Press [#] [7] [7] to cancel no answer Call Divert.
• Press [#] [7] [6] to cancel engaged Call Divert.

To check Call Divert is active:

Depending on which option of Call Divert you have chosen, select the relevant number to cancel:

• Press [*] [#] [7] [0] to check immediate Call Divert.
• Press [*] [#] [7] [7] to check no answer Call Divert.
• Press [*] [#] [7] [6] to check engaged Call Divert.

To cancel all Call Diverts:

Press [#] [0] [0] [2] [#].
